My buddy Sara is visiting this weekend. She is a runner but was game for some yoga this morning. I love it when someone is impressed with the shala and it’s vibe. We both experienced a very nice led primary (half because she has to travel later today) with a beautiful fall foliage show on the drive over and back. It is very cool to see a “civilian” experience the practice we are all nuts about, and to have them comment about the pleasant after effects.
