A home practice today. Did not feel like it at all. I only did it so I could dedicate it to those in need around me. I have too many windows, to many material possessions  that rob be of my peace of mind, and my loved ones have to cross too many bridges and tunnels to get to the mainland. Climate change is no joke. We must simplify our lives and hoard less, if we are going to roll with life as it is these days.
